Quiz Night - November 2008

On a cold foggy evening in November ten enthusiastic teams battled against one another to win the coveted prize of the Alexander Hosea School PTA Quiz Night Trophy.

Undeterred by the credit crunch the ‘old codger’ and the wine flowed freely helping to make the questions seem so much easier as the rounds went by!

In the end it was a close call with the ‘TA’s’ pipping last years winners ‘The Wickwar Witches’ to the post, closely followed in third place by our resident bar team ‘Last Orders’.

Congratulations to our winners and a big thank you to Keith and Graham who were our quizmasters for the evening and also a big thank you to everyone who helped on the evening and to those of you who came along to take part.
